Tampa Navy Ball 2013 hosted by US Special Operations Command at Ala Carte Pavilion on 10-18-2013 

Good National Navy League participation this year.  Past Presidents Sheila McNeill and Mike McGrath attended as did current National President Jim Offutt.  Former Florida Region President Bill Dudley and his wife attended as did current Florida Region President Skip Witunski.  Area President Chris Paddock also attended. The there were many VIP guests.  The main speaker was Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff ADM James Winnefeld.  Medal of Honor recipient Tom Kelly was an honored guest. Here is his Medal of Honor citation.
